Order and Delivery Information

Paintings available to buy online via PayPal, will normally be despatched by Recorded Delivery within 5 working days upon receipt of cleared funds, unless otherwise informed.

If you would like to order a painting, that is not available to buy online, just send me an email with the details of the painting, with your return email address and postal address.  I will then submit an invoice to you via Paypal (inclusive of P&P) to your email address, which will give you the option to pay either by Paypal or a major debit/credit card.  Once I have received confirmation from Paypal that the transaction has been processed, I will arrange to despatch the painting by Special Delivery. 

 

Returns Policy

I hope you will be delighted with your painting, but if for any reason you are not happy or it is not suitable, I offer a full money back guarantee (less postage). In the first instance, please contact me by phone or email before returning the painting to me within 10 days in the original condition it was received.  In case of loss, and for your (the customer's) protection, please return the item by Special Delivery.  Upon receipt of the returned painting in its original condition, I will then arrange to refund your credit/debit card via Paypal.
